There is something intriguing about the contrast between training types, environments, speeds, loads and movement challenges.

To improve the functions of your body, it is essential to train all movements relevant to golf in all three dimensions (3D) of motion We continuously train different chains with different types of resistance and a large degree of variation, which makes the training challenging and a lot of fun. That is our expertise.

We help golfers reach their full potential from beginner to professional, irrespective of their current level. We don't provide training in golfing techniques, though: we leave that up to the golf pro. He will be pleased because your technique will improve at a much faster pace because our program will give you better functionality and mobility.

Tennis coaches experience many differences in level and playing styles among their players. Only the most dedicated players take the time to develop the movement and fitness skills to complement their playing style and to reach their full potential. Are you one of them?

Efficient performance of your body has a direct impact on the ability to move on court which again has a direct influence on your adaptive abilities. You'll learn how to overcome your limitations.

Padel teachers experience many differences in level among their pupils. Usually the main focus is simply to improve the technical level. Little or no attention is paid to the efficient performance of the body itself, which has a direct influence on your technical development and the level of your game. With MoveQ you learn how to overcome your limitations.

We focus on padel specific three-dimensional (3D) movements as padel has some very unique sport specific requirements. We continuously train different chains with different types of resistance and a significant degree of variation, which makes the training challenging and a lot of fun. It also helps to create more synchronicity of movement and reduces the chances of getting injured.
